Thomas Frank - Head Coach

Has better record than bill nick in his first 20 games in charge.

I have no idea if he'll do well long term. But give him at least a season.

Your childish impatience for instant glory (shared by other fans) is one of the biggest problems with this clubs mentality.

It's not about instant success, just any sign that we're going somewhere. It's quite clear we're not. This group of players have no idea what to do. We're approaching Ange territory in utter brickness.

I dunno, I feel like at any point it could be like flipping a switch and the mistakes will stop, clean sheets will start, and we're suddenly winning every week

Up there with the arseholes who booed Vicario. We get what we deserve, to be honest.

The issue Frank has is that under all previous managers you could see the plan
Under him, you can’t
It’s a team with no identity and a very weak apoeach
You rely on brilliant moments in attack (we have scored some great individual goals) or set pieces
Teams adjust quickly to things that become a trend (set pieces already aren’t as profitable)
And brilliance is just that, and in reality unreliable
Then if your whole approach is seen as weak or flawed by the players they won’t do it properly

Tonight wasn’t all Frank’s fault but it has to take responsibility. Once again we conceded a goal from the edge of the D. It must be a tactic for opponents now.

What happened after that, was down to a team error and could easily have been avoided had Vicario just simply kicked the ball out of play. I don’t know why he didn’t. He was so far out of his own goal that the risk he took far outweighed any potential benefits. Thomas Frank could do little about that goal. And suddenly we were 2-0 down after five minutes and the deficit was too much to chase back.

I still want him sacked. I can’t see enough in our attacking play and we look to be continually making the same mistakes (re strike from the D).
