I think people might not be really understanding your story. You were in the shade? She was in the sun, even after she moved? And just thought that it was better to move closer to the shade?
As, at first it sounded like you thought she was crazy as she was moving to the shade. Now, I think it's more understandable; that she was moving just to try to be near the shade, but instead, all she did was remain in the sun? Whereas if she wanted shade, she should have either created it artificially, or moved to another spot, if there was one? Is that right?
