The We8Campbell Memorial ITK Thread

BBC Sport's Ben Smith on Twitter: "I am assured Spurs are still trying to sign Leandro Damiao. Unlike Spurs to leave it to the last minute..."

Spurs are one of those teams that the press can always say are still in for someone just to keep people interested. Can't see this happening tonight

He voiced all of our fears. I tend to agree with them as well. History suggests we should be concurring. It's plain for all to see that we need a striker. If we don't sign a striker in this window it is another chance blown.

You can quote me on that when we finish 5th at the end of the season

He voiced all our fears?

Riiiiiiiiight......so he and you speak for us all now, then? That's nice of you.

The Goat: We've now had a second (and trusted) source tell us that Leandro is "on his way". If it's not 100% done yet then it's very very close.

The Goat: Make that a 3rd source as well...

No, really it is over if we don't get a decent striker. Arsenal have the better run in and the experience. 4 points is nothing. Bale will leave if we don't get 4th. A fact.

and, the club wont fall apart if he does, stars come and go every few years, THFC is an ever-present

Is there a collective noun for sources? Or ITKs come to that?

JJetset: Sky sports on average is 4-8 hours behind on real transfer news but useful when things get officially announced. Just a heads up for you ;0)
