I don’t think the rule should deem that a pen in a million years but by what seems to be the letter of the law, it was. Making a joke of the game.

That is a "natural" position for the arm when you are spinning and stretching to block a shot. Try doing that without using your arms for ballance - that would be un-natural!

Ref gave a corner, then crumbled. But it makes no difference. Mighty impressed with Everton in the first half but they didn't get a second, and City were going to come out with purpose and turn this around.

He's been acting up like that for ages. He was behaving like an idiot in that penalty shootout vs Fulham the other day. It was actually annoying watching the ref let him do what he wanted without doing anything about it
