The Official 2022/23 Premier League Thread

Gooners have such a tinkle-easy schedule.

Only one of the traditional top 6 clubs in the first 8 games - and that one is Man Utd!

Have to play us, Liverpool, City and Chelsea during October/November.

Lets see what they are made of then.

Still not worried.

Bollox, I don’t want them to have momentum... but we must do what they seem to do well, beat lower teams, and chavs

They are no different to any other season - look good at the start and everyone thinks they are amazing, then as the season goes deeper and injuries occur they get shown up for being the fragile outfit that they are. Haven’t seen anything to suggest will be different this season….

Also they wont be playing anyone half decent until they play us so they could go into the NLD with max points

They’ve played Palace, Leicester and Bournemouth FFS! Leicester just lost at home to a Saints team we hammered.

Arsenal in flat track bully shocker!
I’ll have you know that they have played at 2 of the hardest away stadiums in the league, so their fans are saying on AM.

Add in the Europa League and things start to get tasty. September not easy either. It’s a massive shame we play them on the back of an international break.

4th. Man U (A)
8th. Europa League
11th. Everton (H)
15th. Europa League
18th. Brentford (A)

October
1st. Spurs (H)
6th. Europa League
9th. Liverpool (H)
13th. Europa League
16th. Leeds (A)
20th. Emirates Marketing Project (H)
23rd. Southampton (A)
27th. Europa League
30th. Forest (H)

November
3rd. Europa League

If they can get through that run with 19/20 points out of 27, they’ll start to be a big more of a worry.

Is it the league cup between brentford and us? Or international break?
