Van Gaal is a terrific manager. It will take time. To assess players, to get the right ones in, to get the players to believe in his philosophy. His self confidence is so great that you have to believe in him.

Tbh all the same is about Poch and spurs too.

But the PL is definitely back when Van Gaal goes from being better than Rinus Michels to being worse than Moyes in half an hour

So true. If we had ended up as our manager and that us was out there against Swansea, we would no doubt be calling for the return of Timmy S about now.
