Good game from Walker again

Lloris had his great save to keep us in it, no mistakes otherwise

Thought Soldado and Ade worked hard, didn't get the ball enough

Vlad, Chadli, Siggy struggled.

Bentaleb did well, Lamela showed he is potentially our best passer in the team.


2 points dropped for sure, same as last year.
Not happy (better performance than last game), but would wait until Sherwood has Sandro, Vert, Lennon all fit to judge completely.
 
Lloris - 7 - Was back to his normal self today, really needs to improve on his distribution even if today wasn't his worst game regarding that aspect.

Walker - 7 - Good game.
Dawson - 6 - Funny to see him throw his arm up when playing Vydra onside, but saved The Impaler a couple of times.
The Impaler - 4.5 - First half was not good, luckily his errors ended in nothing. Slight improvement in second half.
Rose - 7 - Good game.

Sig - 5.5 - Nothing really happened for him today, should be leading with example in that midfield, but failed in leaving a mark on the game.
Holtby - 5.5 - See above.
Eriksen - 7 - Brilliant goal, but sadly lost concentration which ended up with West Brom scoring. I hope Tim will try him next to Sandro when he's fit. Worked hard.
Chadli - 5 - This guy is the real Jekyll and Hyde, the definition of anonymous today.

Soldado - 6 - Good, but he needs to find the net again soon, he is so frustrated by himself.
Adebayor - 6 - Some good involvements but he was Bad Ade today as in the poor Ade. Not really blaming him though, it's his third game from start this season.


Bentaleb - 6.5 - Did good, but nothing spectacular, has handled the challenge of PL very well so far.
Lamela - 6.5 - Will hopefully start in the next game.


Tim - 6.5 - Don't know what his problem with Capoue is, weird not starting him in this game, but I still liked the line-up, had the makings of a classic Tottenham match. Good substitions. Missing a lot of players right now so it was always going to be difficult, at least it didn't end 0-3.

More attack minded and more enjoyable than the home games under AVB but still nowhere near good enough despite looking good in patches.

Agree with these and the comments largely. Ade was the Mk2 version. Really needs to be fined every time he is needlessly offside. Just lazy. Also messed up the clearance for their goal. Chalk and cheese from his last two performances.

He's too unpredictable, have no idea which Ade will turn up on a week to week basis.
 
Lloris: 8 - some fantastic saves to deny West Brom victory.

Walker: 8 - his best performance this season.
Dawson: 6 - average, lacked protection from midfield and his partner didn't help.
Chiriches: 4 - shocking. Seen more bad than good from him lately after his promising start. Seems a bit of a ***** if I'm honest.
Rose: 6 - tried his best, but needs to work on his end product.

Chadli: 5 - predictable.
Eriksen: 6 - stunning strike for goal but poor aside from that and clearly not an orthodox midfielder.
Holtby: 5 - amazes me people have such a hard-on for him. Must be cos he's German. Yeah he works hard, that's it. Wouldn't even get in the crap Man Utd midfield!
Sigurdsson: 5 - put in effort but he's so devoid of ability IMO. If he's not scoring then he's not contributing enough to start for a team chasing top six.

Adebayor: 5 - back to his infuriating worst.
Soldado: 6 - just not that good I'm afraid. But in fairness he made some better runs than usual off the ball yesterday.
 
Good substitutions.

The substitutions were too late-both should have been 10 minutes earlier, especially Lamella for Chadli, who disappeared big time and was just watching the play as if he was a spectator. Zero understanding between Walker and Chadli IMO.
