Premier League to dam river?

They should do what they do in the US and sell matches on a team by team basis but blackout the matches that are on Sky (which will likely be all the big derbies/important matches)

The US doesnt have lower divisions.
The Lower divisions in England get pretty much the highest attendances of any lower divisions in the world, and its because of the 3pm saturday ban.

First they should move all games to Sunday and add a blackout to the games that are not 90% sold out.

After the pub in Portsmouth won their legal battle over the use of foreign boxes I thought that would be the way ahead, have Sky appealed it because it's all gone quiet?

The pub isn't there any more. I think it went bust.

Also, she didn't really win.

Whilst she has the right to show the match, she doesn't have the right to show anything that is PL intellectual property (logos, theme tunes, etc).

Sky now just ensure that the PL logo is visible most of the time which means people showing the match need an individual agreement with the PL to display them.
