Surely long term having renewables as your first source of energy and non renewables as back up is far better than reliance on non renewables of which its clear there is not a finite supply of AND also given how reliant one is on global stability, which is worse than relying on the weather these days

It's being done in a dumb way though. They are hugely cutting overseas students, who shouldn't even be in immigration figures, and have previously been subsidising all homegrown education costs.

Their target audience don't care. It's all optics and not necessarily good. But the roundabout painters should be happy. They won't be.
