Actually Lennon has been stepping up all season with massively improved defensive awareness and a greater variation in his game

I do agree. He has been fantastic under AVB.

You have to have the confidence to fail. If he tries something and it doesn't come off, try again. Lennon has the ability. Today without Bale, we'll need him terrorizing them. Hopefully Dembele can do the same when he gets a chance to get forward.

I like that team. I hope Ade is drilled to drop into midfield if required - if they are dominating the middle. He has all the tools to play in the middle as well imo.
 
Brave team selection by AVB, playing both Adebayor and Defoe instead of Sigurdsson. Hope we wont get overrun in midfield, but it did look promising against Arsenal.

Sh1t. Mirrorglass has made it. The Everton fans clearly rate him highly and thought their chance of winning was largely down to him being available.

Belgian Ronaldo, without the cheating.

The whole midfield are a bunch of workhorses who are good players. Osman is one of the most underrated footballers in the league, we all know how good Pienaar is for Everton and how well he links up with Baines. Gibson is solid and seems to score wonders against us. We all know about Fellaini to. Jelavic is due a goal though, seems ages since he's scored.
