De Zerbi thought Gallagher was the better option today
That's pretty much a sackable offence. First warning at least.

Worriedly optimistic or optimistically worried?!I’m staying optimistic - but worriedly so, really.
Does it matter if it hit his arm or not?
It's dangerous play having your head that low.
Not at all.
This one is subtle. There are so many roles on the medical and conditioning side and every player needs to be managed uniquely. A player like Udogie has had 6 muscle injuries and 2 knee injuries, so who is RDZ to tell an expert that his player should play 95 mins? They've worked through a process of giving him 65 mins against Charlton and tested his body's reaction. They then moved him to the bench and give him another 30 mins and once again tested his recovery. Then a week without a game and then thrown back in for another 60-70 mins. Our medical and conditioning team know best on Destiny.
You could go through every player one by one and it would be a very personal situation. We're not in a position where we have a long list of injuries so don't need to take risks.
Because he's not particularly good on the right and his great season and performances have come on the left.

That's the team I ideally want to see next match. Udogie and Robertson are quite interchangable for me. Neither truly convinces if I'm honest. Tonali had a good game imo, but we need more passing quality deep and Fernandes is essential in providing that imo.
The 10 is a conundrum that I don't know if we have a good solution too. Marmoush in the 10nis a possibility but that then involves playing Solanke and id rather not do that if possible.
VDV's positions on that pass through![]()
We didn't deserve to go a goal down. We've been really good in the last 20.
Saying that, if Robbo thinks that is how a full-back should address that situation by just standing there waiting for a team mate to win it so he can attack again then I don't need that player at my club. A p[layer of that experience should be tucking in, not standing in no mans land.
Tonali didn't cover himself in glory either.
Yes but when the recommendation is to be overly cautious with every single it’s gone over board. We need to players on the pitch.
Honestly with Tonali I don't mind it so much, he was covering back the space VDV should have been aware of and after having chased that far back I can allow him the fudge up. Id expect better but really it's to his credit that he was even there in the first place.
It becoming increasingly evident that we have gone all in on an idealistic idea and not thought about certain areas.
Its all well and good binning everyone off and claiming they are "17th fodder" or "bad eggs" but you need some of them and its clear that we don't have the right ingredients based on the new guys alone, even with all fit there is ALOT missing and will be.
The lack of presence up top is clear as day, I think we have likely backed the wrong horses with the back 4 or the formula is not right, both Vans are not great defensively and it nearly killed up today (I get Tonali fcuked it).
Its early days but its clear you don't get the same for your money anymore, I am not expecting the moon but for 75-100m players you want impact ....................... yet to see it
And if you can’t buy one in the window, register the one you have left afterwards.
If we don't get a win next game, my fear is that theteam startsfans start to lose faith, and then we are bang in trouble, because then it becomes tenfold times more difficult to turn it around.
We have loads of players that would argue it added to our injury crisis. We have no European football so might as well our overpriced squad and let players get fitMaybe. But I’d argue it’s cost us points. And nothing builds match fitness like playing actual matches.
OK so I didn't watch the game and get as frustrated as those who did watch. But really, some people need to find their nearest dealer, buy a £10 bag and chill out. An away draw is ALWAYS a good result. We had a fantastic window but at least one player escaped us. So we ain't quite there yet. Relax, we've got some fantastic players and a great coach. It will happen, but it will take time. The modern world - especially in the UK where digital uptake is high but the economy is pretty "off" - lacks patience and perspective. So chill folks, just keep supporting and leave the whinging to adolescents who haven't learned any better...
