But we fudged up. VAR let us down again BUT we did far from enough ourselves too. We were too slow in the first half. Where was the energy in pressing and the dynamic quick passing that we showed against Villa?!

Did we only beat wolves and villa as they, with us, make up the three teams in worst form?

The ref bottled both decisions and left is in the lap of VAR. the refs have become cowards. And they they watch it 5 million times until the can justify stiffing us.

Yea that Tel pen was obvious in real time but then for VAR to take so long to refer it and then the ref to take even longer making his decision at the tv was ridiculous

As I said at the time, the issue wasn't really the manager it was the players we have available. How anyone expects this group to quality open attacking football is beyond me.

Yup, our 3 most creative players last season were Sonny, Kulusevski and Maddison so it’s no surprise that we’ve played crap football for most of this season barring a few moments from young Simons who needed time to adjust to EPL.

Hopefully we shall actually sign some replacements this summer and Lange won’t rely upon the 3 long term injured being able to carry our team next season.

There’s been no evidence of that shown on tv so far. Nothing conclusive, if there was they’d have slowed it down and shown the point of contact but nothing so far. Maybe they still will in whatever’s left of the program, I doubt it though.

I’m not too worried. I think we’ll do it. A point against Chelski and West Ham lose to Saudi Sportswashing Machine, and we’re good. It will probably go down to the last game though. There’s always drama with us.
