I actually disagree slightly. For all our intent, Villa look much more dangerous when they move forward, more precise more compsoed.
We've been energized and combative. But there hasn't been much of real quality in our work. But this approach will get us beating more teams then we lose to.
We played through the lines at times, getting Simons on the ball makes things happen. It is far from perfect, but when Frank allows us to attack we can. Problem is we only usually do it when we have to....

That second half probably gives Frank time. Had the second half been like the first, he was in bother.
Pahlinha and Symons the standouts second half but they all put a shift in.

Well, this is only the second time this season that my heart has actually pumped. The energy and heart shown in the second half is all we can ask for from the players, in my opinion. String a few of those halves together and we can perhaps start building something.

I'm a bit confused, what are you seeing? You like the energised huff and puff that concedes 2 sloppy goals. Creates nothing of any real quality in the attack. Is this what you actually want to see? A side with endeavour but a severe lack of attack cutting edge? This is what you want from Frank?
