I don't understand why only Romero has to do more? Why does VDV who had no defensive involvement get off Scott free?

I swear when we concede a goal and we only ever look at Romero as if VDV doesn't also exist to defend? That is actually his job.

The ball was played from VDVs side it was played over him the other CB has got to read it and come across. Evanilson was behind VDV Romero can see him.
Yes you can argue VDV can do more but for the 1st goal I think Romero has the chance to do more from his position than VDV.

As a fan base we used to threat every window about losing our better players. If any of this lot went id just think oh well. Nobody leaving this squad would bother me. Shows where we are in my view. Kane was last true top draw player we’ve had.
