***OMT TOTTENHAM HOTSPUR FC V fulham...Sat 29th (today FFS!) 8pm - BTW HAPPY BIRTHDAY FERNADEZ'S OLDEST KID***

It’s really not the quality issue
It’s the structure and style of set up that’s clearly not something these players get or want so far
Unless your gonna claim Fulham have better players too

I agree with that but we do have a lack of quality. Our forwards are dreadful and we don’t have any standout players in any position.

Spurs, ruining weekends on regular basis. We can play until next week without creating a goal scoring opportunity.
Fulham could go home at the final whistle and this could still be true.

Frank needs to find some solutions here.

Maybe we could try getting one of the really talented young players in midfield to drop a bit deeper to get on the ball more.

I dont think these players are that bad. We strengthened over the summer and these players are internationals for their national teams. I mean without additions we won the Europa last season!!

Maybe the question is actually what are they good at?

I don't think they're bad players, but what are their actually qualities. I look at VDV for example, without the speed is he a good defender?

Too many of them I don't know what their thing actually is.

VDV makes some amazing tackles, that was a goal saving one earlier

but his positioning and concentration are abysmal, he causes so many issues and opportunities
