OMT - Tottenham FC vs Racist Scum

Rode our luck. Now need to be better. Would be tempted to get Wanyama, Moura and Kane on by 60 min.
 
I don’t think we’ve been that bad, but we can’t hope to end a run of not winning here, or generally start being consistent in this big games, when we do stupid stuff like Lloris did. It is hard enough to claim the points here without gifting them something, and I feel like in most games against the other top 6 away, we like to gift something stupid.

I think we’ve been ok, we need to be a lot better at creating some real chances. They have had some breaks but it’s because Poch is comfortable leaving us 1 v 1 at the back. But if we are going to push on to that extent, we need to break them down a bit more at the other end.

Sonny is being snuffed. Be tempted to switch him over the other side; he will give way for Hazza on 70 as he also looks tired to me. For all the stick Alli gets, his determination to keep that ball in was as good as an assist - which he got anyway! Sanchez has been class. Hugo pants on that cross, but good strength and resolve. Now let’s push on!!! I have seen the cries for Moura; only if we are desperate with 10 to go IMO. Chelski are already breaking so fast that this is not a day to be a man short on recovery!

Hopefully that goal just before HT has the same effort on them, like it did for us last season.

Although tbh I think I would probably still take 1-1 now if you offered it me
 
Last year we battered them and they scored a wonder goal on HT

Conte changed the team/formation and won.

Can Mopo do the same? It’s clearly not working

Exactly. It is a high-risk strategy. Dembele will be a carefully monitored player as we cannot afford to let him get tired out there. He and Tripps both have to be careful with their passing; a couple of very naive infielders which sprung counters too easily.
