All these people saying that today isn’t must win. That’s what’s wrong with our club. Every match is must win. We are a professional team that sends our a first 11 of players earning a combined weekly salary of up to £1.5m+. We should set out every week thinking that it’s must win. If we don’t, and we think it’s ok to not win, then why should players even go in for 50/50 tackles?! Why should players take a chance?
If we end up not winning then we review how unacceptable it is based on performance of our team and that of the opponents. But you don’t breed winning mentality going into matches with anything other than a must win attitude.
I understand that it’s not always as ‘simple’ as that. I understand it’s all well to say these things but different to do them but come on. We’re in a relegation fight. We need to win every match we play right now until we’re not.

So hard for any manager to build when players are out. A season of sticky plaster teams. Which means we won’t be polished or confident. The best we can hope for is being hard to beat, and able to score.
I think we will get a win, so long as Dragusin and comply with more defensive sense this time. Romero still a big loss. But we should be more determined and get it done. COS

The fudging doom and gloom around reporting of us is really starting to grate. Sky and Talkbrick are huge offenders. We have to develop a siege mentality in the team otherwise this is just going to end one way

its uncanny it really is. Its a revolving door, the minute we get a player back somebody else.
Said it before, it feels like we have had around 9/10 players injured every week for about 2 years now, its past ridiculous, I am not even sure there is a word to describe it
