I think he's a decent manager. You cant really judge Everton though for at least a couple months given that they're bedding in so many signings. Their front 4 which started the game (Rooney, Siggy, Ramirez and Klassen) were ALL new signings!!

The likelihood of a player heading the ball into the goal, when the ball is coming in perpendicular to the scoring angle and from a distance is really low.
