Do we have a Harry kane lying around ready to go because truthfully for Poch Kane was the biggest difference making. His quality allowed the rest of the side to be at their best.
We didn’t know we had a Harry kane at the time, maybe it's time to roll the dice and see if some of the youngsters can step up the way Harry did.

Didn't watch the second half as went out for a family BD meal...can i ask: if you took Eze away from their team, would that second half still ended 2-1 in the end?
Did them stretching their lead over us in the second half rely more on Eze's finishing or did the overall scoreline flatter us?

Also, any shoots of hope at all from Xavi?

Likely the same margin
Although he took the goals well
Xavi was lively and started knitting things so rice dropped deeper to mark him and foul him
4-1 faltered is because we shouldn’t have scored with the way we played

For Frank to set us up repeatedly in this rather forlorn defensive shape and set out just to try not to lose the game, rather than to win it, as was clearly the case again today, kind of suggests to me that he basically doesn't trust the current squad to succeed doing anything else (since I don't remember him trying to play this level of Nuno-ball with his Brentford side.) He couldn't admit it publicly, of course, but I reckon he's just desperate for some better quality options. And who could blame him? Virtually every forward ball from us is a turnover at the moment. When I think about it, it's basically what every appointee since Pochettino has tried (with the one obvious exception, and we know what happened there).
