It’s like people don't remember the last 3 games against Arsenal with a more attacking manager. We got nothing out of those games either and the last one looked like this except we didn't really have a defensive structure in mind.

We lack quality. Our players are a long way of theirs apart from a handful.

Yeah very much so.

The thing is with better attacking players and sitting a bit higher up the pitch it's a great foundation to build off.

I am indeed looking forward to what this could be when we have a couple more transfer windows out the way. If nothing else I feel we look more solid this season, which, ok isn’t exactly difficult when it felt like an U15’s team could put four past us last season, but having that defensive base should definitely serve us well long term.

This game may well end just as tightly and besides we did square root of fudge all in that game in an offensive sense and that was with an incredibly attack focused coach. I don't think the issue is really the approach against Arsenal but the gulf in class.
