Whenever we do have the ball the pattern is so obvious, especially in midfield.

Pass, control, move it 2 inches look, then pass slowly sideways, control, move it two inches, look then pass it slowly backwards, control, get pressed lose the ball.

The pattern is repetitive.

So true. They're all good players, IMO, but there's no apparent structure or system to make them work together.
