New Bands

I agree, we put on a few shows last year. Friendly Fires, Turin Brakes, Dodgy, and some great up an coming acts like The Moons, Fixers, Missing Andy, Cave Painting, Bleech and we got it shortlisted as one of the UKs best small music venues in NME.

A few years ago, I almost had Dirty Pretty Things and Glasvegas there, just didn't work at the time for where Juicebox was at that point.

you would think the LL would be interested in keeping the place going as the current people have done a great job in turning it from an horrible slim hole music pub (im not saying thats a bad thing - it just has a smaller market!) into something far more appealing

Just saw Real Estate a few weeks ago they were very good and have quite a buzz about them now

Had a chat with the owner, and the brewery have agreed to refurb the bar area and we're trying to bring some of the bigger profile acts in to raise the awareness again.
