Manager Sack Watch

Ten Hag must be getting a sweat on. Bottom of that Champions League group. How can they be 2 points behind us, they have been shocking

If they got the points they've deserved, they would sit on around 7 points. They've been handed a fair few points by VAR, and their endless scummy luck. They've been outplayed in most of their games, but scored on their only chance.

Exactly. They have squeaked past in most games apart from Everton which in fairness has been their best (and only) performance in the league.

They really should be on 7 points or so. Saudi Sportswashing Machine away and Chelsea at home, then Anfield coming up. See if Ten Hag reverts to type.

So glad we didn't appoint him

I can see utd and villa dropping and us and Saudi Sportswashing Machine rising as the season progresses.
Bar a collapse from arsenal the potential two CL places for fourth and fifth will between us, villa and Saudi Sportswashing Machine.
A strong finish will be the difference, Saudi Sportswashing Machine are flaky and villa could have a lot of games to manage.
Utd will do well to be sixth.

Luckily I think Ten Hag is doing 'well enough' for United to stick with him. That should see them fall out of CL contention on its own.

As @Ron Burgess says, I'm SO glad we didn't appoint him....he's devoid of character and charisma....much like his one dimensional team.

Do we not have a difficult end to the season?
Its going to be a close battle, as long as we can pick back up in the next couple of games

Word is, that Sheffield United are sacking their manager today.
Weird one, there aren't many specialist survival managers around that could squeeze a bit out of what is an average championship squad to keep them up.
Maybe they have a two year vision with a new philosophy?

There's no way they're staying up. Unless they're worried about their first choice going elsewhere, I'd probably wait until the summer before making a change. No need for the new guy to be part of the 6 months of terrible performances and losses they have coming.

If they rolled the dice for someone left field who might do something radical they might have a slim to no chance. Going for Wilder who they sacked for leaving them rock bottom is a terrible move IMO
