Rudolph is great WUM on teletext
No he hasn’t. Ashworth had fudged off Brighton for Saudi Sportswashing Machine before RDZ arrived.Freedman had a great track record at Palace - Oliae, Eze, Wharton etc
I wonder if we should go for Dan Ashworth, seeing as he's available and has worked with De Zerbi?
I hear you, I don't think he's overly great at his job, however he's only operating with the budget he's been given.I actually feel a bit bad for him because I don’t think things like the January transfer window were entirely his fault, and in general he was put in a position he shouldn’t have been put in.
That said, if he had a hand in advocating that patience be shown to Frank, then it’s kind of indefensible. At a minimum he must be demoted.

Agreed.
I also feel bad for Tudor. He’s now seen as a bit of a weird laughing stock. Clearly his approach wasn’t right for a squad whose confidence was completely shot. But if he came in earlier there’s every chance he could have had more of a galvanising effect. It was just too late.
And I know he’s facing flack for the fitness sessions mid season, and I do think that changing approaches so much is contributing to the injuries. At the same time though, maybe that fitness helped us press better for De Zerbi.
Absolutely mate. That last point is key - without Tudor's month of fitness drills, de Zerbi couldn't get the team pressing the way they did against Brighton, Villa and Everton.
A lot of things came together to both put us in the relegation mire and get us out of it. Tudor had a hand in both. Hopefully, he finds another job without too much difficulty, and I hope he has the time and space to grieve the loss of his father and recover from the turbulent 44 days he spent here.
