Joe Rodon

Very interesting - I’d expect the club to be looking hard at whats coming through in that league having hesitated over deals like maguire, robertson (not sure I remember us being linked but probably were) maddison, bowen (to a lesser extent), maybe watkins too etc.

Sure I’ve missed a few but hope this guy has similar potential.
With the difference being that most of the players you mentioned would have come in to play as back-ups, given the squad we had. This guy can probably slot in to the starting lineup in a few months time, if the below is true.

The deadline to register player for the Europa League is midnight tomorrow.
So we have around 24 hours to get this through.
There's no hurry. We don't need him for the group stage. We can always register him for the knockout round.

I'm guessing he wouldnt get in our PL team, so signing him and registering him with uefa during tomorrow so that he could play in EL group games would be fine

Right I've done the scouting.

Pro-active defender, reads and anticipates well. Like Tanganga, he's on whomever he's markings case. Looks to love defending first and foremost

Looks physically strong, decent on the ball, and he looks like winning 99% of headers.

It's a step up, but we have space for him, he'll see it as an opportunity as there is potential at Spurs to force your way in.

The new Richard Gough!?
