I lived in Ipswich for a year many moons ago.

the swan in the town centre is ok if you fancy a bit of alternative rock, hiphop etc.

Is there still a pub next door to that called Mannings, or something like that? Used to be my pub of choice.

I was always rather fond of the place, but I'm not much for big city living so the quietness suited me.

Didn't really see much apart from my hotel and the inside of the town hall, was too busy.

Went to some Brazilian steak house, was pretty good, lots of meat.
