Got it straight away!

Shaun Goater of Bermuda scored 217 English League goals with Rotherham United (70 goals), Bristol City (40), Emirates Marketing Project (84), Reading (12) & Southend United (11).

He also played for Notts County and Coventry City and was on Manchester United's books early in his career.

Thierry Henry only managed 175 goals in English League Football (all with Arsenal during two spells in the Premier League).

I was under the impression that there were seven founder members.

France, Spain, Netherlands, Denmark, Portugal, Sweden and Belgium?

Yes.

Fifa's eight founder members were Belgium, Denmark, France, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden & Switzerland.

Germany also indicated their willingness to join.

Spain was represented by the Madrid Football Club (later to be called Real Madrid), as the Spanish Football Association wasn't founded until 1913.
