Which given the failures of United City and Barca the last 3 nights might tell you that money might not be the answer.
Well, it's how you spend the money
- I'd argue United is more on the manager (they have a decent squad and recent purchases have actually been decent)
- Barca and Real are aging squads that haven't replaced key players
- City is closer to the Barca and Real scenario (Silva, Aquero, Fernandinho, Otamendi all the wrong side of 30) but also a bit of weird spend tons of money but not all one superstar to change the game (lots of expensive Walker type purchases, but not a "messi/naymar/ronaldo/lewandowski") KDB is their star and he can be inconsistent as fudge ..
