A burst of pace can be quite different to actual speed especially over a longer distance. He might have that burst to separate from his defender but not actually have a particularly fast top speed so catching another player isn't his strength. He has actually intercepted lots of players about to burst at our goal on counters so he can and has used his burst defensively.

Could he turn out to be a Bale (Lite) for us in his new advanced position?

I know, I know... he's right-footed & he doesn't have the shooting accuracy of Gareth...but a full back who got moved to become a winger and then smashed it.... I'd love to dream again.

What was impressive tonight was the tempo. No slow passes, nothing done at a snails pace. It really helped. I am a massive fan of Spece. His attitude unerpins his game. He's all in every time. But he is another who's shy in the final third. It is psychological, how do Odobert, Spence and others become cold and clinical when in and around the box? Takes time, but I have confidence in Frank to help them forward. Just see the attacking players he's developed at Brentford.

i want to see him as a right side winger so he can cross early - he has good awareness of whats around him

From memory he's had several without me being able to remember specific incidents.

As a data analysis professional, I dislike the use of decimals when (a) it hardly makes any difference and (b) the measuring error is probably larger than 0.1

He is on the bench a lot of the time so I'm guessing he wouldn't be for us. That being said, perhaps Pafos FC have better players than us? I can't keep up with just how bad our squad is meant to be on here....
