Dejan Kulusevski

Honestly starting to feel he’s our most important attacking player. When we signed Richarlison I was a bit worried that Kulu would become the fall guy. Kind of happening. No need to tinker with what we had up top the end of last season. It was sublime and Kulu lifts Son and Kane’s game. Richarlison should be back up for Son and Kane.

In fairness the games he has played this season has still seen our front line out of sorts as a unit so he's not the magic bullet people seem to be making him out to be - that's not to say i don't agree he's a top quality player who adds his fair share to the attack.

Obviously it's in a different set up and position but you could say Kulu is like how Eriksen used to be under Poch for us - When either of them play well, the team just sort of clicks and plays well as a whole, unfortunately the inverse often applies too...

Goes without saying but I do hope Kulu is back fit and firing as quick as is possible.

I think we need to drop Richy to accommodate kulu. We owned the right wing last season with him dropping deep and attacking into space ahead.

There are no magic bullets in that way unless we're talking about the very best around. Even they won't always make those around them tick. But yeah, he shouldn't be seen as a magic bullet.

He makes us play much better and offers significant quality in areas where Son, Richarlison and Moura do not.
