My question/concern is - why the fraying fudge don't we already have one? What!? This baffles me. Why? I really don't get it. I thought having a mental performance coach was so basic in any sport these days I took for granted that we had one. It makes zero sense to not have one.

Especially after last season and the season we've had so far - NOW we're hiring one?! Better late than never, of course, but why oh why haven't we had one for 10 years already?

Just baffling. Good that we're finally looking to get one though, obviously. About fudging time.
