Surely there's no way Marina Granovskaia or Eugene Tenenbaum keep their director roles with the club.

She's been Roman's administrative lap dog since before he arrived in England and has worked elsewhere (Millhouse moneybag management) within his UK corporate base.

He maintains investment positions and directorships with scuzzy outfits like EVRAZ steel, which supply the bulk of metal used to make the Russian war machines in Ukraine.

A delegation representing the Ricketts family, who own the Chicago Cubs baseball franchise, is due to fly to the UK this week to meet representatives from Chelsea Pitch Owners and the Chelsea Supporters’ Trust.

But they face a protest as a result of leaked emails from 2019 in which Joe Ricketts described Muslims as his “enemy”. The 80-year-old head of the family was forced to make a public apology at the time and it has prompted sources close to the Ricketts to insist that he is not involved in the proposed Chelsea takeover.

Seems this group did their homework on the club. They can give John Terry an ambassadorial role to deal with racism, sexism and disability concerns.

Funny how chelsea fans are protesting this bid but are behind the saudi one. Saudi's not known for homophobia, sexism etc...? Or is it actually about how much they'll spend on the team? Joe rickets isn't even a part of the bid. It's his son.
 
So how will this be handled legally and what happens to the money?

Given the sanctions, the money can't go to Abramovich, but legally he is still the owner. Does this mean he has to approve the sale? If he doesn't then he would presumably have some legal right to sue when sanctions end. Also he said he would write the debt off, but that was when he was selling the club. Although he said the proceeds would go to some charity associated with the war, I doubt he intended that he would get nothing.
 
So what would happen with Chelski if Putin approves a lethal dose of poison for Abramovitch next time? Who would own them then?
 
The russians know how to poison people. It might not kill you but you'd be all levels of fudged. Why is abramovich's camp the only one talking about it? Has the ukrainians said abramovich was at a meeting where people were poisoned?

As i said even if it doesn't kill you it leaves you all levels of fudged. Litvinenko died, salisbury both skripal and his daughter were hospitalised for weeks. In critical condition. Others died.

In practice, they may be somewhat incompetent. However, but the vial thrown away in Salisbury, and responsible for the unintended murder, had a enough neurotoxin to kill thousands.

Abramovich probably had a dodgy kebab.
