Can anyone recommend a good rug maker

I need to get a new rug to cover up a stain on the floor, the stain is roughly 3 foot in length and two foot in width. It is on Carpet and I am not taking up the hole carpet for this one stain.

The rug must not have any more then 3 different colours in it and not be to garish, we are partial to art deco style.
