Arnaut Danjuma

Seems like short-term Lucas cover, with maybe an option to keep him if he exceeds expectations.

Also.
Everton have a late disappointment for midfield recruit.
Forced to recall Dele Alli from his loan.
Give him enough appearances in the second half of the season to trigger payment clauses to Spurs.

Makes sense to replace Moura with a direct option.

Direct/left side options - Son and Danjuma
Indirect/right side options - Kulusevski and Gil

Never heard of this guy, but gazumping Villa for Bentancur like this 12 months ago turned out ok.

Feels like a no lose opportunistic one
Also feels like we’re not buying for the long term this window so that to me leads to other things

The loan-to-buy though just seems Paratici's style given Kulu, Romero etc

But agree this looks like no lose, and he's played in the PL before

And if we could somehow structure it to get GLC off our hands too, it solves that problem. Maybe thats too much to hope for

Ever the optimist
Did he play in the prem?

If there is a coach who can get a tune out of Dele it is Biesla. I think he could finally turn a corner and become a respectable, if not amazing, player again under him. If Everton can get him.

If he plays for Everton, it might finally trigger some fee payment for us.

Why would he come to Spurs now :)
Must be somehow linked to Lampard's sacking.
Or Levy is a genius and have Everton eyeine GLC and/or Moura
