Because the age when children receive the MMR is also the age when some children generally regress into autism, so there will be a temporal relationship. But there is no proof other than a theory on timing relationship that vaccines cause these issues.

I feel for your wife and her story, and for the kid, but that story alone isn't scientific, thats not a dig BTW, thats just reality.

That would not explain a sudden and sharp regression.

What I am suggesting is that the overall sample-size for children who have been vaccinated and avoided any complications is pretty huge. That has to count for something, and suggests to me that in the cases of children who have been harmed by them, it is also related to other factors perhaps?

I’ve never said vaccines should be banned. I’ve never said all vaccines cause Autism or that it’s the main factor. I’ve never said that vaccine injuries happen at a high percentage or even that Autism is the most common vaccine injury.

What I object to is the line of “Vaccines do not cause Autism” or any other issue.

Yes you can look at VAERS and see most reports go nowhere. But they have paid out $5.2B in over 10,000 cases since 1988. So over 250 cases a year with an average payout of over $500k in civil cases where the burden of proof would be on the injured to prove the vaccine was the cause.

My arguement has always been that we should want to understand why those 10,000+ serious injuries have courier and know he it could have been avoided. Until we know, people should have the right to bodily autonomy and be able to refuse vaccination for themselves or their children.
