united rarely put in 90 minutes of complacency under him that's for sure

and if they did in the first 45 they normally righted it in the second

Although I agree in principal, we need to remember it Ferguson 7 years to get that winning mentality into the team.
I reckon at least two of that team will be moved on in the summer purely in attitude.
 
Poch changed the formation 3 or 4 times during that game.
433 -> 4231 -> 352 -> 343
Poch almost used it as an experiment.
Dembele as a number 10, Alli on the left wing, Sissoko as left wing back, Alli back in central midfield for the first time this season, N'Koudou as left wing back, Sissoko as a professional football?

Yes the players seem to not give a fudge about this competition but the way we treat this competition comes from the top and the way Poch treats it.
 
Not good enough. Though we started the second half well we doesn't respond well to going behind at all.

Too many players below their standard. Not sure how Gent usually play, but worrying that another team pressed us high and we failed to deal with it.

I fully trust Pochettino to turn this little slump around.

we did, and at the time the theory was that it was due to missing Kane

we have problems in the AM, they are not performing to the levels that they hit last season

Indeed. Not saying its a regular thing for us by any means but that was just a poor performance from beginning to end really. There wasn't ever really a reaction so to speak.

Oh yeah, not saying that it will be there from the beginning. But we're talking about changing the mentality of the players, the club. Still some way away.

Throw in the fact me and the missus are going next week and we havent seen Spurs win there in 5 visits (scoring 1 goal in the process). Then I think that just about nails it.

yeah, there was no response after HT, i expected us to come out and play like our arses were on fire

They weren't a good side. If we just got our brick together we would batter this lot no problem.

We need to focus on ourselves right now and figure out what's wrong.

Honestly, why the fudge do you bother making dozens of posts in this match thread if you don't care about the game? Why can't you just fudge off and leave those of us who support Spurs and want us to win in peace? You can surely find a better way to spend your evening than to write post after post with the same tiresome content about a game you couldn't give a toss about. Find some porn and knock one out if you can still get it up. Go to the cinema. Read a book. Get out of the house and annoy people in real life instead.
