ENIC

I think Lewis is totally useless in his ownership, I have moved my bitterness from Levy towards him this past season. Levy is a good guy who is handcuffed. I do though disagree with Levy on managers hiring and firing stance, but one doesn't know whether it comes from Lewis or not.

Isn't your beef with ENIC basically that they want to run their investments as a business rather than spunking money on them?

Still a long execution road ahead, but based on today's announcements, a lot of bloggers, and people who have had brick to say about Levy and the only way for us to move forward would be to get rid of Levy and ENIC may need to eat some humble pie.

We have a shot of getting to the top, and doing it without cheating or selling our souls and yet still staying Tottenham ... well done Daniel

You also have to recognise that ENIC is a sports investment company. They have bought us to make a return on their investment and interest free loans is not going to help them do that.

It's going to be interesting to see if we manage to "catch up" financially, or if we just put more distance between us and "the rest". None of witch is a bad thing mind, but we've got some catching up to do to get to the top four financially.

Has Levy been stockpiling some cash away for the last few years to put towards the stadium?

Well, depends on how you look at it, the number quoted have always (I believe) been total cost, i.e. Land, stadium, additional buildings, we have paid for the land over the last 7-10 years (piece by piece), the new office and some of the building is done.

Naming rights, NFL deal (income from minimum number of games) and likely some sort of concert/promotion option altogether could probably cover a fair chunk of the stadium costs, the rest (we already have agreed financing on) could be financed out at probably a very manageable 10/15 year payment plan with little impact to squad spending.

let's hope not, he's not been a success with either franchise

would be great to see the roar of the jags at the lane though, hottest cheerleaders in the NFL

I think it is rather sad when teams (of any discipline) are moved from their local area. I guess the people of Jacksonville would not be too happy about the London Jaguars.
