Well it was never it doubt was it.

Sounds like a good cameo from Lamela to set up both goals. Maybe he is the key to getting the best from Soldado. I thought they worked well off eachother in pre-season. Hopefully i'll get to see the goals at some point.

That was the worst football stream I've ever seen (seen? really?).
Surely watching Lumiere brothers' train was far more entertaining and comfortable.

Chadli, Kane and Soldado all played well for the last 20 minutes.
Link up play between the three of them and Lamela was great to see.

The issue during the game was Paulinho and then Holtby missing in central midfield. And Townsend and Holtby never looking like doing anything with it further up the pitch when they actually got it.

Kane looked good throughout the game and Soldado got no real service.
 
That was a bit ****.

Think Dembele can do the defensive role if we need to rest Capoue. Need someone to take charge there and it'll never be Bentaleb or Paulinho or Holtby for that matter.

The forward three were severely disjointed. Kane tried his best, Holtby awol and the usual blind alleys from Townsend. The trio that started against Wham is a good fit with Soldado, clever passing and movement. Today they needed someone like Ade.
