***OMT*** Tottenham Hotspur vs Liverpool

Well, today shows the difference between the two clubs. One club sold their best player, the other showed some ambition and held on to him. One club appointed AVB, the other club appointed Rodgers. One club plays beautiful, energetic, high-tempo football, and the other plays trembling, desperate, scared, timid sideways passes.

One club has gone 4-0 up. One club is now 4-0 down. One club has committed, passionate players. One club has spineless crybabies with no pride in the shirt or sense of collective or individual responsibility.

Well, at least Levy has plenty to chew over this Christmas period. I suspect Joe Lewis isn't too pleased about any of this as well, even from his super-yacht in the Bahamas.

We were crushed by West Ham too, but I am bitter tbf. I am hurt that the team I love is not even a team. I dont know our plan and I can't see where we will suddenly "click" and step up. If we gave everything and lost I always give credit to the opposition but today we were clueless and were a joke so the better team were simply the team that showed up..

what a crock of **** he has been backed more then any manager in our history what ever is wrong with this team is his fault and his alone, time for him to man up and take the blame.

Well AVB really hasn't got anywhere to hide does he. Second season, considerable money spent, half a season gone and we are complete and utter ****e and have been since the seasons start.

EDIT: and its 5, **** off.
 
I can accept being beaten if we've given it a good go and the opposition is simply better, but when we haven't even got out of the gates like this questions have to be asked.
 
We've been beaten by a collection of very good players who play like a team. West Ham was worse, we were humiliated by a team of pub players then.

this is just highly embarrassing.

All the players and manager are just absolute ****s.

I think he knows what we need. He knows we need to pass better and move better - and there were signs of that. But he's reacting instead of getting us playing in the first place. Harrys home form was generally great. AVBs the opposite. Levy went for the opposite, which you tend to as a reaction to what you didn't have. Who will Levy get in now? 0-5 drubbing.
