New Years Eve

I shall be going to bed early. Working new years eve and new years day. It is overrated, so not that bothered.

Night at the in-laws for me.

Couple of drinks, odd game of cards, quite boring, but keeps me in the good books

Same as Marky stay in or maybe pop round a mates house for little while but nothing crazy up in morning fresh to watch spurs.

debbie does dallas?

yeah it is my choice to have a nice night in but her indoors likes the social thing and i don't mind it for the biggies like xmas parties new years eve etc, she is letting me go to nice for the tour de france and also florence for the world road championship so when we decide things at the start of the year and she allows me my little treats i have to give some things in return.

Would never pay to go to a club or my local pub on new years eve especailly when they don't do anything special for the extra money.

This is why i love Chich....most probably think he's as crazy as a box of frogs, but there is method in the madness. He understands compromise, knows you have to give and take, it smooths the road on a day to day basis.

There is another Chich pearl in the 'dating sites' thread.........when you find yourself a good'un you look after, nurture the relationship. You will always think you can do better (we are men after-all), but remember it's 'think' not 'will' do better. It's tough because we all think with our c*cks but if you can think with your head ( i admit it can take a while to get to this stage) then nurturing the good'un results in far less pain/flimflam/games (not spurs;))/arguments/anger.

As for NYE, i've honestly no given it a thought. We've created a little family this year so we'll stay-in (well maybe up The Shore for a couple) and celebrate that with probably a bit of Jools (like Marky says) thrown in.

I'm doing nothing, it's always a complete non-event so I won't be doing anything out of the ordinary. I doubt I'll even stay up until midnight this year.

Think I'll be having pinnekjøtt with the family. Then maybe talking the wife into this S/M stuff you guys speak of. Can I have hoochie mama as my safe word, or is it already taken?

Just going round a mates for a few beers... Only me and the missus and him and his missus coz he cant get a sitter.
Last yr went to a friends fancy dress house party and yr before that went for an Indian and a few drinks round a friends house after... Not done a big tinkle up night out for a while as it doesnt really interest me anymore. Gettin old

going for a meal in a pub for £45! not a restaurant, a wine bar type Pub. with a load of couples. yeh that'll be fun. overpriced fcuking anti-climax rubbish New YEars is. Wish I was just staying in with a few people and getting smashed.

We have a 4 bed all en suite villa on the beach.
This being the holiday season, I have 3 couples from Nairobi coming over.
The Menu is:
- Starters:
Skewers of cubes of lamb, chicken, red snapper - all marinated and cooked on a charcoal .
- Main Course:
Split Jumbo prawns in the shell with shells on and marinated - also on the BBQ.
Singapore chilli crabs in sauce with fried rice or naans.
- Desert:
I don't do these and neither eat them. Maybe the misses will do something..

I provide the food, cold beers, and spirits. Guests who want wine bring their own. I don' know wines.

Last year we had the 3 guest bedrooms taken and some friends from Mombasa turned up. About 10 of them ended up sleeping on the rooftop !!!!

Happy, successful and productive 2013.

Working till 7pm. then probably out with our best friends. I will no doubt get a bit drunk, and try desperately (embarrassingly?) to cop off with my mate gorgeous wife, who is 42 but has the body of a 20 year old. Was all over it last night too. Sad.
