Other than the scandal with VAR, I have two comments on that half. We simply need to be smarter when we have the opportunities.
There were two. Once when Kudus had a break away and we had an overload, and he shot from 25 yards tamely, another one where the Leeds players crashed into each other and we had overloaded the box. But Porro just hit the first man. There was also a tame Marmoush shot when he could have squared off to Kudus.
Just need to be better in that last part. I don’t know whether it’s being smart, being calm, I don’t know. But it’s getting ridiculous now. They need to improve in this area.

The weird thing is…I’m ok with the argument that if it wasn’t intentional then you shouldn’t be sending people off etc, but they’ve set the bar with Xavi Simons and Mateta. If Mateta is a red, then this one is a red. How on earth are they different?
