I always try and work from home when it's on during the he day.... highlights are so unsatisfactory in cycling....which is weird as not much goes on most of the time....but each stage is a story...and it unfolds at varying cadences.
Plus I like technical chi chat, storytelling and just going off on random tangents...all in the background while I get on with other stuff.
Something akin to Test Match Special just with better scenery

Yeah, I always have it on during the day as I’m lucky enough to be off for a few weeks every summer. The ITV4 package was so good at building a narrative around the race though. I’m missing Gary Imlach, Matt Rendell, Daniel Friebe, Boulting and Millar, Peter Kennaugh, the theme tune…
I’ll just have to get used to TNT. Their coverage does have the bonus of Orla Chennoui tbf.
