I recall not that long ago people trying to tell me he was playing poorly because he was on the left, when the reality is hes poor wherever he plays. There's a pattern, hes just poor. Please can we just stop lying to ourselves and just admit the truth. Hes crap. He has a good finish of a certain type of chance but beyond that hes barely a football player.

I've found Spence a little frustrating tonight. He's been predictably coming inside and not using his left foot in key defensive moments and so easy to double up against. However, he's also been our most creative midfielder from deep positions.....from left back.
I sometimes look at him and just think that he needs to give up trying to be a full-back. When he left that easy header a minute ago and almost cost us a goal, it just summed him up as a full-back.

Frank must truly think hes dog brick if he can't minutes over Richy, cos I think quite clearly Frank doesn't really rate Richy either but has just had to play him due to the lack of options or reasonable alternatives.
