Batman - do you wait in the shadows daily only to come and have a pop at an one of our Academy players who's recently got his first England cap and has looked to improve continuously over the last 12 months. Most fans would be proud of such achievement for one of their very 'own' players
Take a breather little buddy

Bring on Friday, the most disappointing day of the summer, when we realise we actually aren't going to sign any of the world class players we've been linked with for three months.

You compared him to Francis Jeffers in relation to his England cap (quite possibly one of the highest achievements for any professional) - i.e. a nothing achievement from a nothing player who is utter cack

My bad - should have never responded in the first place.

/out

Do you think AVB sees us playing a more 4-3-3, something along the lines of

Moutinho-----Sandro-----Dembele
---------------------------------
Hulk/Lennon------------------Bale
--------------Ade----------------

Which then gives the option of replacing one of the middle three for the Sig in games we need more attacking threat

Sod all this Hulk talk, never in a million years will we sign him!

The dream is signing Hulk, Wagner Love, Ricky van Wolfswinkle and Roger Johnson in the same window.

Think of the songs!

No, you can forget Moutinho now. It'll be Sandro, Dembele, Sigurdsson.

I think Dembele will be just what we need. At times our play looks so predictable- get the ball out wide to Lennon and Bale who due to their pace and skill are a real threat. However teams are wise to that and just make sure they deal with the cross... Ade never scored a header from open play last season I think.

With Dembele there is now a threat from the middle of the park as he can go past people from there similar to Gascoigne. Very hard to defend against as the threat is instant, and a central defender has to commit forward allowing space for the likes of Ade, Bale, Sig and Lennon to move into.

Modric is/was a great player for us and could collect the ball anywhere and keep it moving however he wasn't really that dangerous in a dribbling sense.

With two holding midfielders - Sandro and Parker and whoever else comes - i feel that Demebele will suit our system perfectly and. dare i say it, better than Modric
