Guglielmo Vicario

Wilson needs to grow up if he gets tinkled when another player " pulls a face at him.

Wilson went and needlessly bumped into Vicario after he caught a cross maybe 5 mins before the header where Vicario pulled a face at him, he had a receipt it wasn't like it was out of the blue.

Wilson being an absolute fanny bringing up "respect".

The save with his leg was AMAZING. Not only did he have the strength to shrug off Wood (I think), but that agility and awareness to make the save. And it came at a vital time. That goes in, the crowd are lifted and whom knows...

Great shot stopper and sweeper keeper, only worry is there have been a few times that he has poorly punched a ball when it was an easy catch.

Give him time to develop that. He seems like a fast leaner (word was he wasn't very good with his feet when we signed him).

I'm happy he doesn't do any crazy brick like Hugo can.

Aware I'm risking a jinx here. But he's been reassuringly consistent. I'll take that.

Keepers should be boring.

Yeah but a few YouTube videos can hide or show many things … even wrong ones
Don’t forget we have a fan base who thought he didn’t catch crosses

Has been excellent this year, but today I felt he was a bit rattled; a big keeper like Pagliuca would have come out and simply grabbed the ball, rather than flailing at it.

Also, his save with his left shin as he fell backwards reminded me a lot of late Lloris i.e. don't push the striker and fall back into your goal. Push the striker and maintain forward momentum to stay in the goal / move forwards. Falling back into the goal was the main reason I started to dislike Lloris at points.

I repeat, he has been excellent this year. He got a clean sheet. I like him. But he was not perfect today.

Even if he doesn't develop that part of his game (and the related rebounds into dangerous areas) that pretty much seems like his only real weakness. Still amazing with that.

Strange game for him. Was very solid as usual and made two absolutely key saves at pivotal moments. The one in the first from a Forest counter 1on1 with him and the falling back save with his legs. If Forest score either I doubt we win yesterday. At the same time he had that very strange punch/parry in the first half when it would have been easier to catch it and on another day that leads to goal of it bounces unkindly.

Overall a good match with a couple of questionable moments but he more than has credit in the bank.

What a performance against Villa. I really think he is one of the best in the world. The one at full stretch tipping the shot over the bar was amazing to watch. Could not help it for the goal - saw it late and it was a good low drive.
