Depends on the impression he gets from the season ahead (should he remain here beyond the summer) - what that will be from here is guesswork on our part.


Another point i think is that if he has made it known that there was absoloutely no chance of him signing on and his mind was made up to leave at the end of his contract & if Bayerns interest this summer is real and vice versa for Kane then the club would sell now and reinvest - so imv should he stay beyond the summer that alone shows there's a chance.

Precisely. I think its 25%-50% chance he stays with us for the season after next

There will be 2-3 other options which he has per my logic a few posts ago. We'll offer him something like £400k pw spread over the life of the contract vs £500k from other clubs

There will be more likely trophies availableat other clubs, but some won't help him get the PL record, and then there's the loyalty factor too

That 25%-50% chance is a good enough punt in my mind for only selling for say £100m+ this summer

The tone of your post would suggest you thought it was a lot more than the odd mention of a potential destination - i mean you're essentially framing the argument that Spurs fans are saying that Kane would be desperate to sign for Poch, where as far as i can see that isn't what has been argued at all? Whereas in reality it's just been mentioned that Chelsea might try and sign him and he may or may nkt be interested.

I want to sell him
I want a clean start for ange and players who can play his way and are 100% committed. I think with Kane the trophy baggage will always be there and no one is beating city to anything soon
Kane is the best spurs player in my lifetime, now eclipsing gazza and Hoddle for me

I think he’s the most effective attacking footballer on the planet right now, but he’s never been as good as Bale was.
