Bissouma has the technical skill to be a success. At the moment it is more camero moments, when he could run games and be that midfield fulcrum. He has to develop that confidence and pomp. Feel he's maybe a little shy somehow.

Richarlison brings fight and hard work, but to take the next level needs to practice being clinical. Kane wasn't born able to take openings early, and finish with accuracy. He worked at it. At 26, Richarlison could become more clinical, but it is unlikely.
