I agree but on the other hand , we've conceded four without reply in one half of football ,when we were supposed to be protecting a lead.
Two Half's of that = 8-0.
Defensively , nowhere near good enough.
Just too many of the back line and keeper that make huge game changing errors.
It got worse when Bentancur ran out of steam and Bissoumma came on and started doing his jogging around training impression.

I've no fudging clue what to make of this. I really don't. On one hand, we fudged a 2 goal lead. On the other, City can do that to anyone and we were better than I expected. Then again, Hugo and Lenglet gifted them goals.
I expected a defeat but not that.
Bentancur was outstanding. Most of the team played well. Sonny is done. He's lost that half a yard and his game was built on it. He's gotta be benched.

Poor judgement??? How is being beaten at your near post or fudging the ball in your own net poor judgement?? He's past it, time to put him and us out of our misery and drop him permanently.

Was buoyed by the way we passed around the press. We also created plenty of chances on the break. The issue has be acutely clear since before the world cup - our defense is shi1. Simple. Sort out a new LCB and it will leave us a lot stronger imo. I know we were trying for Gvadiol. Unlikely we'll pull that off, but we need to address this position. Davies, Royal, and sadly soon Lloris need to be backup, not starters.
