*** OMT Tottenham Hotspur vs Olympic Marseille ***

Didn't watch the 2nd half. Let me guess. We came out like a completely different team in the 2nd half, got the equalizer, and then crawled back into our shell, hanging on the ropes for 30 minutes, and got the winner on the counter when Marseille threw everything forward?

fudge me. fudging fudge me.

You proved me wrong Tottenham. I can’t stomach that first half but that second half. Wow. Thought Bentancur, Hojbjerg and Bissouma were massive. Defence did well too. Moura was hopeless but I’m not gonna labour that point.

You proved me wrong Spurs. You showed character and bottle I never thought you had. Particularly at half time. Magic. fudging magic.

did they, or did Marseille bottle it more?

Three injury time winners in a week - that's gotta do good for morale. (yes I know the first one was disallowed)

Anything beyond this in the CL is a bit of a bonus, really. We won't go into the Euro league if we lose in the knockout stages, will we?

ha, spot on

Is it all just part of Conte’s plan? Defend deep first half and let the opposition tire themselves out, then play more progressively second half when the opposition can’t press as much? I can’t believe that’s he’s just incapable of motivating the players or getting the tactics right first half, game after game after game after game.
