if he can get fit, he's got to be a consideration for the left wing back slot. We had this sort of stop start problem with Bale back in the day, so its far from certain he won't succeed, but he needs to toughen up and get fit, then force himself ahead of Reguilon. Which in truth, I think he's very capable of - Regi is not the cleverest player in the world and Sess has way more about him if he gets everything to click. Lets hope we have another Lennon not another Routledge!
 
He and Regulion should be duelling it out with each other for that role for most of this decade. But yes, needs to leave those injuries behind him...
 
I wouldn't be surprised if he even ends up as right wing back cutting inside offering a huge goal threat.

At Inter Conte regularly subbed his wingbacks off at 60-70 minutes.
They had 5 subs though.
 
The guy has had really bad luck with injurys so that needs to change, still only 21 though so could be a real talent for us.

Will get injured again trying to get his boots on for his first traing session after returning from injury. He's a sick note of the highest order, and will never reach 50 games for us.
 
He looked confident and enjoying his football in Germany. Maybe our dressing room is hostile to young talent.

Alastair Gold needs to focus on quality rather than quality. He seems to fart out a "piece" about a different player every other day, speculating on some aspect or other.

All his "pieces" are just speculative guff full of maybes, could be's, what if's and just imagines.
No substance whatsoever.
